*One year of Jan Swasthya Abhiyan free health camp at tikri Border Pillar 795.*

Total pts seen from 1st January till date 10 Dec. 2022 : 15325+2597= 17922 

*Types of pts :*

URC, Cough-Cold, PUO, Joint pains, Back ache, General Body pains, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Anxiety, blunt injury etc.

*Special cases:*

There were three pts during this period who had very high blood pressure. Liable for cerebral stroke. Immediately given sublingual Nifedipine tab was given and adv rest for 1 hr . The blood pressure came down and they were advised specialist advise.

   *Another case* was a lady 

On 795 pillar a scooty had accident with a car and the lady who was driving was safe but the lady sitting on back seat fell down and had multiple scratches and blunt injury .She went in to shock. I saw and immediately went to lady and shifted her to a side by safe place. Did first aid. Raised her both legs and messaged. Requested the other lady to shift her to civil hospital. She waited for family member to come. In the meantime I could see that injured lady is recovering . Her pulse rate could be felt. Respiration also improved. In the meantime boy with car came and shifted her.
